The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd, a novel about divine female power, bringing in
another aspect of the feminine through the legend of the Black Madonna.
The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley, the story of King Arthur from the
perspective of women. A personal favorite - my journey began with this book over 15 years ago.
